The First Gate
On Site Registration
Online registration is now closed so that we can print up the registration sheet. On site registration for PCs is $40. Rob Telmar will be handling check in and on site registration.
NPC registration onsite is still just $10 or free with a group of 3.
There are problems left unresolved in the rapidly growing city of Ankhtaret. It’s position as the seat of government in Ikhten has led to a population boom and new construction and improved farming have raised it far above its once meager means. But its rapid ascent did not come freely and now the consequences must be met.
Meanwhile, there have been more and more sightings of the unknown grey and green skinned creatures. Their oversized mouths and their tendency to attack townships at night have earned them the nickname, ‘Grimjaws’ in the Empire. There are reports of their appearance as far north as Skjanos and as far south as the jungles of Aswahi. There have been no reports of attacks on major cities … yet.
The world is on the cusp of a great change as ancient prophecy begins at long last to unfold.
NPCs
We are doing our usual NPC group rate. Come with a group of 3 or more and make sure you have enough tents and food for the whole group and your rate is FREE. Solo NPCs or those who would just like to donate to the game can register below for $10 for the full weekend. If you are using the group rate, please RSVP to Morgan at webmaster@dyingkingdoms.com so that we can gauge our NPC numbers.
Site and Arrival Time
Staff will be coming onsite around 2pm, so you can arrive anytime after this. We will go game time in as soon as it is feasible given PC and NPC arrival times. Once we have enough PCs and NPCs to run plot we will try to start, and other PCs can ‘arrive in town’ and set up camp in or out of character.

Parking – an Important Note (PLEASE READ THIS)
The parking at this site is technically $12 per night per car. In the past, rangers have charged us once for the entire weekend and allowed us to go in and out on that single $12. There is a new ranger that is strictly enforcing the $12 per night rule (you can still go in and out during your allotted time though). If the ranger mentions this, then please DO pay for both nights up front at the gate. Otherwise we will be interrupted in the middle of game on Saturday to have everyone pay again (this happened to a recent Live Effects game). To help defray the cost for you all, we are bringing down the game price a little bit, so your total cost to play doesn’t go up too much.
Please consider carpooling to game to bring the cost down. Also, having fewer cars onsite pleases the rangers
